Jared Reveal
Jared founded RCC in August 2023 with a passion for proving friendly reliable service for the community he calls home. He began working in HVAC at a young age and went on to gain over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial systems. Jared holds a Master HVAC license in both Kentucky and Ohio. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons.

Mandy overseas office operations and staff management at RCC and has been an integral part of the company since day one. With years of experience in office management, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with her husband and their two sons.

Kyler Washburn
Kyler joined RCC in September 2024 and brings hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems. He is known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, helping ensure quality service on every job. Outside of work, Kyler enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his fiancee.

Matt joined RCC in August 2025 and brings experience in residential HVAC installation. He takes pride in ensuring every install is completed with precision and looks great when finished. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.

Levi joined RCC in August of 2025 and brings five years of experience in HVAC service. He enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in tackling a wide variety of service calls. Outside of work, Levi enjoys working on personal projects like cars and tractors, and when the weather is nice, he loves riding and boating.
